Business Development and Networking Associate

This role is ideal for someone who excels in networking, enjoys building relationships, and is looking for supplemental income.

Your main responsibility will be to connect our AI consulting services with mid-sized businesses that can benefit from our expertise.

You have the freedom to work at your own pace.

There are no minimum number of hours or quotas to meet, making this position an ideal complement to other professional commitments or personal pursuits.

You will receive AI training (non-technical) along the way to help you succeed!

Responsibilities

-Leverage your personal and professional networks to identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from our services.
-Act as an ambassador for our brand, representing our values and services accurately and professionally.
-Be available for occasional meetings and responsive to emails

Qualifications

-Strong networking skills with a well-established professional network.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to represent our brand professionally, adhering to our guidelines

Compensation

-This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential.
-Earn 10% for initital contract size of $30,000 or less and 5% for contracts over $30,000

Sr. AI Engineer (Contract, Part-time)

Lapis AI Consults is seeking a Sr. AI Engineer (contract, remote, Part-Time)

You will be responsible for maintaining existing complex ML and LLM-based applications, as well as developing and maintaining new ones.

Qualifications

-Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
-Experience with complex RAG pipelines (without using Langchain or LlamaIndex)

Tech stack:
Foundation and opensource LLMs, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and embeddings, Next.js, Azure, Vercel, MongoDB, Cohere reranking, multimodal parsing (i.e. Unstructured.io)

This is a project-based, part-time, contract role.

Must provide work samples (GitHub)
Must be based in US, UK, CA, or EU
Ability to work EST and PST hours
